Architectural and design studio. We provide comprehensive architectural and design services. We prepare projects of new buildings and reconstruction of buildings with individual approach and emphasis on quality solutions. We deal with buildings for housing, civic amenities, commercial and public space.

We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.

We have been here for you for 25 years and have designed over 40,000 homes in that time. We offer more than 500 design solutions for bungalows, multi-storey houses, timber houses and passive houses. We will modify each project to meet your requirements or prepare a completely individual solution.
