We have been building passive and low-energy houses for 14 years. In 2011 we built one of the first passive houses in the Zlín region. We build passive and low-energy houses according to the investor's projects, as well as our individual projects. We also offer a number of our standard houses, which we realize all over the country.

A certified inspector will assess the technical condition of your property. I will detect water leaks, structural defects, mold, heat leaks. I will measure, plot + design a building renovation project or create a construction budget. I will provide technical supervision of the investor of the construction.

I design houses, apartment buildings, private and commercial interiors, new buildings and renovations. I pride myself on a personal approach to the client and good cooperation with other professions involved in the project.
