We have been building passive and low-energy houses for 14 years. In 2011 we built one of the first passive houses in the Zlín region. We build passive and low-energy houses according to the investor's projects, as well as our individual projects. We also offer a number of our standard houses, which we realize all over the country.

A certified inspector will assess the technical condition of your property. I will identify water leaks, structural defects, mold, and heat loss. I will prepare a renovation report for the property and propose a renovation plan, or create a construction budget. I will also provide technical supervision for the project investor.
