We are architects, designers and builders in the field of wooden buildings - family houses, cottages and chalets. We specialize in heavy timber frame architecture - as an alternative to modern timber framing. We build in low-energy to passive standard, turnkey, turnkey or rough construction.

We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.

We are the leader in the Czech property development market. For 33 years we have been building high quality apartments in Prague at affordable prices. We have completed 60 large apartment projects, providing housing for more than 11,000 clients. We are also the general sponsor of the zoo in Tábor.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.
