We are a studio focusing on urban planning, architecture and ecology. We carry out spatial planning, development and strategic projects, EIA, SEA - impacts of anthropogenic activities, implementation projects of landscapes and garden landscaping, UES and landscaping of public spaces.

We are the new market leader in the Czech and Slovak markets in the provision of innovative expert, engineering and design services. Our strengths are great people, innovative approach and open communication. We do not hide anything, you can get close to us.

I prepare architectural studies and projects of civil engineering structures. I also offer consultations prior to the reconstruction of the building, processing of building permits and approvals. I am a member of the Eagar project association.

We offer a complete service in the process of preparation and implementation of buildings from securing a suitable plot of land to final approval. We prepare documentation of all stages, i.e. documentation for zoning proceedings, documentation for building permits, documentation for construction execution, documentation for demolition works, building passports, etc.

I offer design and architectural work - building and interior design. Preparation of projects of all stages of documentation, including the execution of the necessary permits - from the study to the implementation documentation, for new buildings and reconstruction.

We offer architectural, engineering, and design services for construction projects. We prepare architectural studies, plans for building permits, construction drawings, land-use studies, and zoning plans; we also handle the building permit process, final inspections, construction supervision, and serve as the occupational safety and health coordinator on construction sites.

We are a collective of architects and designers who specialize in complex designs of buildings for housing, whether it is a set of apartment or family houses. Our work focuses on combining aesthetics with functionality. We create sophisticated, livable homes with an emphasis on quality and long-term durability.
