We are a design studio focused on civil engineering - from architectural design to final project documentation. Founded in 1990 by Ing. Zbyněk Kubík. Based in Pilsen and operating throughout the Czech Republic and EUROPE.

We carry out insulation projects, building energy performance certificates, energy label, energy audits and assessments. We provide green savings subsidies, IROP, boiler subsidies.

Projects, expertise, engineering and building supervision. Provision of comprehensive design preparation of buildings from concept to completion including engineering to secure necessary permits. Expertise and consulting activities in the preparation of buildings, consultation and supervision in the implementation of buildings.

I process civil engineering projects. I also offer consultations before reconstruction and diagnosis of building failures, proposals for energy-saving measures, professional management of self-help construction (building supervision), execution of building permits and approvals. I am a member of the Eagar project association.

We deal with the design of residential and industrial buildings, hot water distribution systems.

We offer services of authorized designers. We have detailed knowledge and experience in designing timber buildings. We process projects of certified prefabricated buildings in the technology of Haas Fertigbau company and both family houses, apartment buildings, school buildings, as well as hall buildings.

Projection studio. Creation of project documentation from study to author's supervision during the implementation of construction, interior and exterior designs, engineering activities.

We provide accredited measurements of acoustic, light and thermal parameters of structures and buildings. We prepare documentation for obtaining subsidies.
