We are a project office from Česká Lípa dealing with design and fire safety of buildings. We offer comprehensive design activities, fire safety solutions for buildings, author's supervision of the designer and technical supervision of the investor, as well as engineering activities for securing the relevant permits.

We are a purely Czech company that has been operating on the market since 1991. During that time we have developed into one of the largest providers of geomatics services in the Czech Republic. We provide comprehensive services in the areas of engineering geodesy, geographic information systems, 3D data and BIM.

We are engaged in structural design of civil, civil engineering and geotechnical structures including structural design and assessment. We provide author's supervision. We prepare static, dynamic and stability assessments. We offer all stages of project documentation.

I offer architectural studies for single family, residential and commercial buildings including providing all project documentation for review by the building department.

I will arrange the building permits (RD, WWTP, well, etc.) according to the new law. I process the engineering of buildings (most often construction of an RD, change of construction before completion or additional permit), I also process the exclusion from ZPF, I cooperate with other colleagues in the field. I know building and other authorities all over the country.

I offer services as an expert witness - Economics - branch of Management, Planning and Organization of Economics - specializing in budgeting, pricing and invoicing in the construction industry. I provide the preparation of construction budgets. I provide services for investors, designers, construction companies and individuals.
