We are the leader in the Czech property development market. For 33 years we have been building high quality apartments in Prague at affordable prices. We have completed 60 large apartment projects, providing housing for more than 11,000 clients. We are also the general sponsor of the zoo in Tábor.

Residential development is our domain. However, we also want to look for new ways and possibilities of development, even those that have not been tried before.
