We offer the development of a project for a passive house and an existing family house. We also provide interior design and turnkey construction of houses. We can solve the technology of heating, ventilation and hot water preparation, the financial requirements of the annual consumption of the house. The output is an energy study.

We deal with diagnostics with proposals for road repairs and as one of the few in the Czech Republic we are able to add to this service the preparation of project documentation of the traffic construction and when required also with the permission of the construction authority and supervision. We offer pavement condition assessments for administration and subsidy purposes.

Our design and architectural office prepares designs and projects of family houses, industrial buildings, architecture, visualization, revitalization of residential buildings. We process building permits. We process documentation comprehensively in all stages. We design at least in low-energy standard.
