Our small family-run design office has been on the market since 2011. We are dedicated to the design of buildings, i.e. houses, public and corporate buildings as well as water and sewer connections. We can also help our clients with securing the necessary permits from the authorities.

We offer design agency services in the gas and water sector. We provide preparation of all stages of project documentation and related engineering activities, performance of author's supervision of buildings. We provide the function of the OSH coordinator on the construction site or gas inspection.

Offering passive building design from initial sketches to final detail. Provision of chartered architect services. Our specialty is the architecture and design of passive houses according to the Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt (PHI). Furthermore, complex environmental engineering designs, architectural models and drawings.
