Our small family-run design office has been on the market since 2011. We are dedicated to the design of buildings, i.e. houses, public and corporate buildings as well as water and sewer connections. We can also help our clients with securing the necessary permits from the authorities.

I offer architectural 3d visualizations of apartments and custom homes in the area: Prague, Prague East, Kolin, Kutná Hora, Benešov, Nymburk. Our specialty is the architecture and design of passive houses according to the Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt (PHI). Elaboration of architectural and structural design of subsidized energy-saving brick eco-friendly atrium ground-floor houses (bungalows) - always with rooms to the garden only.

Offering electrical design for single family and apartment buildings, hotels, office buildings and industrial facilities. We design interior artificial lighting, house telephones and lightning conductors. We prepare project documentation for zoning proceedings, building notifications, building permits, contractor selection and more.
