I am a civil engineering designer with a focus on new buildings and reconstruction of houses. I prepare documentation of all stages, including building passports and engineering.

I provide technical supervision services for the builder (investor). I specialize in family houses and villas of high standard. I also provide consulting services on the topic of reducing the energy performance of buildings. I perform calculations of energy performance certificates (PENB) and energy audits. I arrange subsidies.

I provide construction supervision in the field of civil engineering, calculations and budgets of construction works.

We provide project documentation and subsequent successful negotiations with the authorities for the issuance of the necessary opinions/permits for the construction and reconstruction of houses, apartment buildings and commercial premises, including the necessary professions (HVAC, electrical, lightning conductors, networks), occupations, construction supervision and approvals.
