We provide technical supervision of the investor, design and engineering works on industrial, civil or transport constructions .We represent the investor in construction and approval proceedings. We are authorized by ČKAIT.

The construction company TERMOBAU Ladislav Nejedlý s.r.o. is engaged in engineering and consulting activities in the subsidy programmes of the NZÚ. Our company specializes mainly in the preparation of energy performance certificates for buildings (PENB), design activities of the NZÚ and the implementation of authorized building supervision (TDI).
