I offer development of project documentation with a focus on health technical installations (connections and internal installations) and gas equipment (connections and home gas pipeline), in various stages of PD for family and apartment buildings, recreational buildings, civil buildings, etc. throughout the Czech Republic.

We offer design work, steel construction projects, static calculations, electrical wiring, lightning conductor and urban lighting projects. We manufacture and reconstruct machinery, shifts, turntables, shafts, rail vehicle jacks and positioners. We are engaged in production of atypical cranes.

Muis Design offers project work, building passport and interior design. Complete design activity for house new construction and renovation. We provide building passporting and design documentation. We design interiors for apartments, houses and commercial spaces including 3D visualizations. We operate throughout the country.

Project activities in construction. Comprehensive design services in the field of civil engineering. Passports, projects for zoning proceedings, building notifications, building permits, implementation documentation including budgets and complete processing at the authorities. Family houses, industrial, civil, agricultural buildings.

Designing of smaller transport structures. I specialize in the design, planning and implementation of modern transport structures. In a broader portfolio we can also provide civil engineering and other structures. By applying construction law in practice, we can find a final solution that can plan at the lowest cost.

We create budgets that actually save you money. Creating a construction budget, a bill of quantities, a blind budget, a demolition budget, a tender and a request for quotation - a construction/demolition enquiry saves on average 28% of the estimated cost.

Design of water management and civil engineering structures. We will arrange project documentation for permits at the authorities, project documentation for the execution of construction and help with subsidies.
