We offer architectural designs for new construction and renovations, as well as building design services, including engineering work related to obtaining the necessary approvals and permits. We operate throughout the Czech Republic, and we provide an initial consultation FREE OF CHARGE.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

We build turnkey houses. Designing including securing building permits, engineering and architecture, earthworks, foundations, rough construction, plastering, insulation, roof construction, ZTI. We also provide fencing, landscaping and gardening.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

Implementation of individual low-energy and passive wood buildings (Two by four) on a turnkey basis, or in various stages of construction according to your wishes and needs. We have been using diffusion open structure compositions for the realization of our houses since 2003.
