We build low-energy family houses on a turnkey basis - wooden houses and classic brick structures. We offer you a tour of already built houses. We will modify the standard houses according to your requirements. Since 2009 we have built over 1300 houses.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

Implementation of projects from architectural studies for projects to building permits including permit processing. Visualization of buildings. Legalization of black buildings including their settlement. Projects and assessments within the framework of energy performance of buildings, handling of NZU subsidies, Turnkey repair of grandmother's house.

We dig, clean and deepen dug wells up to 70m deep. We install pumps including connection of pipes to the water distribution system in the house. We clean drilled wells, pump out pumps, drill.

We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.
