Power yoga, pilates, fitness training, aerobics, step aerobics, bodystyling, circuit training, interval training, etc. I organise international and domestic holidays with sports and exercise programmes, wellness weekends and exercise classes.

We operate a fitness centre for demanding experienced exercisers and beginners. The gym is divided into a cardio zone and the gym itself. It is also possible to attend classes such as aerobics, fitbox and many others. We offer hall rental for table tennis or other sports activities.
