We have been here for you for 25 years and have designed over 40,000 homes in that time. We offer more than 500 design solutions for bungalows, multi-storey houses, timber houses and passive houses. We will modify each project to meet your requirements or prepare a completely individual solution.

Our design office designs low-energy houses and ecological heat sources. We will prepare energy audit, energy assessment, energy study, energy performance certificate, energy assessment of the building and submit an application for support from the subsidy program New Green Savings, etc.

The first blue-green district is being designed by the renowned studio Chybík + Krištof Architects, which will create almost 800 new homes in the low energy efficiency category. The ubiquitous river is in sight from the windows of the new homes, from the square or the amphitheatre. Phase 3 is currently under construction.
