Our design office designs low-energy houses and ecological heat sources. We will prepare energy audit, energy assessment, energy study, energy performance certificate, energy assessment of the building and submit an application for support from the subsidy program New Green Savings, etc.

I prepare project documentation for new buildings, reconstructions and changes to buildings, including demolitions and legalizations. I provide building permits, communication with authorities and coordination of professions. I take care of the smooth running of the project from design to approval.

We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.
