I’ve been making sourdough since 2011, and I’ll teach you how, too. I’ve written five cookbooks, which I also sell at fairs. I host courses and lectures on baking sourdough bread. I also continue to take photos at FotoAteliér Proměn—both in the studio and on location—for ID photos, portraits, family photos, and photojournalism. And from my work as a makeup artist, I’ve kept up my expertise in color typology.
