The brewery continues the tradition of brewing beer. Microbrewery - only sale and tap of beer.

We brew strong, heavily hopped beers. We sell homebrewing supplies, equipment for home microbreweries, and our own beer-brewing kits using both malt and malt extracts. Malts, hops, brewer’s yeast, and malt candies.

Sale of specialty beers from craft and artisan breweries in the Czech Republic and abroad. We also offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers, lemonades, gift vouchers, gift boxes and much more. We cooperate with shipment carriers (Supervydejny, UPS). Possibility of payment by card and cash.

We are bros from a village in the Polabí region where everyone has to know how to fix a bike, mix concrete, kick a fichtl and shoot an air rifle. Vojta is a brewer, a former homebrew guy and at that time a philute. Tomas is an architect and motivator. There's only one thing in the world we like better than a lazy life in the country. We run a brewery. We focus mainly on teaching students with a study focus on brewing and malting. Possibility of courses for the public.

The brewery was put into operation in the summer of 2015. The main brand is Světoběžník JC - an unfiltered 12% pale lager.

Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

We produce cask and bottled beer, which we deliver to customers across the Czech Republic. The brewery shop is available on weekdays.

The idea of expanding the restaurant to include a brewery was realized in 2020. The restaurant has almost a century of tradition and having its own beer was lacking. We brew unfiltered, unpasteurized, honest beers. You can taste classic lagers and top-fermented beers with us.

In the local family brewery we continue the tradition of brewing beer in South Bohemia. We brew here honest, Czech, bottom-fermented beers, as well as top-fermented beers, known mainly abroad. For the production of beer we use not only quality Czech malts, but especially water from the local underground lake.

We have been brewing beer since 2009, when the first batch was made. Today we brew 30 beers a year, deliver beer to over 100 locations and employ 15 people in the brewery. Stop by our store for a draft or bottled to go, or for a meal in our gastropub where BBQ food awaits.

We brew traditional 12° lager of Pilsner type Monopol, 11° semi-dark Karlik, flavoured Cherry 11° and Monopol ALE 14°, top-fermented. During the year, specials are prepared according to the season.
