Since the beginning, our studio has been dedicated to all architectural disciplines - projects of residential, civil and industrial buildings, interior design and design of elements of urban furniture and small works of art. We are also involved in the creation of various stages of planning documentation.

I offer work as a designer and architect. I will prepare a customized project for you. I focus on the design of renovations, new buildings, loft conversions, interiors and other projects - workshops, garages, extensions, conservatories, etc. From your idea I will draw up a study and a building permit project.

We are an architecture and design studio that brings clients timeless, modern yet functional architecture for standard or custom home design. We realize type houses, individual houses, modern houses, house designs and catalogue of type houses.

We offer design work for building design - studies, projects for planning permission / building notifications and for construction execution. Projects for subsidy programs Green Savings and Rainfall. We also offer surveying and passporting of existing buildings, preparation of PENB.

The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its soul is Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Ďuro Smoleň. Our values are primarily a pro-client approach and personal commitment as well as responsibility for doing a quality job.
