We operate an architectural studio. We deal with new building designs, renovations, interiors and design. We deal with all stages of project documentation from studies, through projects for planning permission and building permits, detailed implementation documentation to author's supervision during implementation.

We deal with the design of sports facilities and buildings. We design indoor and outdoor sports facilities or playgrounds mainly for cities, municipalities, schools and sports clubs. We offer the preparation of building studies, all stages of project documentation and the processing of building permits. We provide author's supervision.

We offer town and municipal plans, regulatory plans, regional development principles, spatial analytical documents including sustainable development analyses, sustainable development impact assessments, land use studies, landscape restoration studies and recreation and tourism development programs.

The studio began operating independently in the fall of 2016. Its soul is Ing. arch. Štěpán Abt and Ing. arch. Ďuro Smoleň. Our values are primarily a pro-client approach and personal commitment as well as responsibility for doing a quality job.

In the field of design and architecture, we mainly deal with interior design of commercial spaces, restaurants, offices, cultural and music clubs. We like to do residential design. In our studio there is collaboration between architects, specialists and other professions.

Our studio specializes in architectural visualizations that bring projects to life. We offer realistic depictions of spaces, including drone photography.

We offer a wide range of architect's activities according to the performance standards of the Czech Chamber of Architects, ranging from pre-design preparation to cooperation during construction completion.
