Since its inception in 2015, the Perspektiv architectural studio has been creating innovative solutions for office, community and residential projects, with over 60 architects working in offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

I offer architect services. I focus on design of residential and civic buildings, hotels, shops. I design interiors of shops, hotels, offices, restaurants and others. I carry out urban studies of industrial zones. I provide feasibility studies.

We offer design work for building design - studies, projects for planning permission / building notifications and for construction execution. Projects for subsidy programs Green Savings and Rainfall. We also offer surveying and passporting of existing buildings, preparation of PENB.

Norma development was established as a natural extension of the activities of an architectural studio and a construction company, based on the long-term demand to provide comprehensive services in the real estate segment.

Offer services of an architect. We focus on project preparation and project studies. We provide tender documents, construction supervision, design for planning permission and building permits, assistance with contractor selection. We design single-family and apartment buildings, commercial spaces and office buildings.
