We offer lending of books, magazines, ebooks, audiobooks and board games. Public internet, photocopier, study spaces and interlibrary loan service are available. We organise cultural and educational events, talks and readings for schools and the general public.

It organizes cultural events, workshops, a technology HACK club for youth, and a “Digital Odyssey” course for seniors. It also operates through a network of city branches.
