In our family-run resort we strive to provide gastronomic, accommodation and relaxation services at a high level. We have been creating a tourism destination for 18 years in the beautiful wine region of Melnik. Our Resort is located at the end of a picturesque village near Kralupy 9 km from Prague.

Steaks, fantastic burgers, traditional Czech cuisine and an honest piece of gastronomy - that's the Ranch restaurant. On the bar you will find perfectly treated and lovingly tapped Plznička. Also homemade lemonades, great coffee. We also think of the little ones, for whom we have prepared a children's menu.

In the restaurant U Kotvy you will find a wide range of snacks, lunch menu, drinks and ice cream. We have Únětice beer and Pilsner Urquell on tap.

Bowling Bar in Roztoky. There are 4 modern bowling lanes, billiards, darts and football. The bar has everything you need for a pleasant evening, family celebration or corporate party.

Restaurant Operation.

The Modrá Stodola complex offers ideal spaces for parties, weddings or celebrations. The complex includes a 4* hotel, music club, 6 halls and lounges, garden, restaurant, escape rooms, bowling, wellness and many other accompanying activities.

We are enthusiasts who love good food and drink and we want to give it to you too.

We rent a congress hall for 400 people and 6 lounges for 10 - 70 people, exhibition space and banquet space for congresses, conferences, training, workshops, seminars and corporate events and presentations. Library and study room. Possibility of photocopying.

We deal with biocatering. We hold coffee breaks, banquets, garden parties, private events and fairs with the option of themed events including costumes. We provide service, inventory, office equipment and floral arrangements.
