We are a stable company with Finnish roots, which has been bringing quality housing thought out to the last detail to the Czech market for more than 15 years. We operate in 8 European countries and for more than 110 years we have been pioneers in creating a better and sustainable environment for a happy life.

We realize and sell our own residential projects in attractive Prague locations. Important criteria in the selection process are civic amenities, easy accessibility to the city centre and proximity to nature. We bring Finnish housing to the Czech Republic with an emphasis on functionality, quality and a high level of client care.
