We run active and walking studio for group classes, pilates studio with reformers machines. We offer group, individual and semi-private classes - aerobics, pilates, yoga, indoor walking, fitness classes, bossu, TRX, functional training and more. There is a café with a children's corner.

The Elixir Academy was established in 2012 as an educational institution, under which we organize an accredited Pilates, Health Physical Education and Yoga retraining course for future instructors, as well as training courses for not only instructors, but also enthusiasts and fans of healthy movement.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.

We believe that Pilates is the way to harmony of body and mind. We offer workouts on premium reformers that we customize for each client. Our certified instructors ensure proper execution and healthy movement. We help you feel better, stronger and more confident through precise technique and a personal touch.
