Our company deals with the implementation of buildings in the private and public sector, from small-scale (reconstruction of residential cores, maintenance work of housing funds for property managers) to the construction of various turnkey facilities.

We carry out renovations of bathrooms and apartment cores, renovations of apartments and houses, we produce customized kitchens. For our customers we provide all project documentation and consultation with the designer, we also handle building permits.

We build and renovate single-family homes in Brno, the Vysočina Region, and other regions of the Czech Republic. We specialize in complete renovations of older homes, preserving their character while incorporating modern, low-energy solutions. We guide our clients through every step of the process, from design through construction to financing.
