Insulation and overall modernization of panel and brick apartment buildings. We specialize in balconies and loggias - enlargements, completely new, reconstruction. We have been on the market since 2012 and have only positive references. Quality, human, transparent. We deliver on our promises.

We arrange the new “Zelená úsporám Light +0%” loan and issue renovation certificates throughout the Czech Republic. We install blown-in insulation throughout the Czech Republic. We insulate flat roofs and facades in the local area and within a 100-km radius. The New Green Savings program covers up to 100% of the cost of insulating roofs and ceilings, as well as roof coatings. We repair insulation damaged by martens without dismantling the drywall or the roof.

We are a family company with a group of experienced and reliable craftsmen. We approach every job honestly and pride ourselves on quality work. We handle not only larger jobs, but also smaller repairs such as roof repairs or skylight replacements.

If you are planning to build or renovate, then we are here for you. Our motto to build fairly is not just an empty statement. We believe in transparency, quality and the trust that you as our customers deserve.
