Our design office deals with building designs from architectural studies to detailed designs including engineering activities.

We provide construction and reconstruction management, construction supervision, project documentation, approvals, etc. We provide building permits, expert opinions and valuation of buildings. We focus on new buildings, reconstructions, repairs of residential buildings, facades and roofs, loft conversions and family houses.

I offer civil engineering work. I provide the necessary documents for building approval, tenders for project documentation preparers and contractors, necessary comments on project documentation for zoning proceedings or submission of an application for a zoning permit. I perform technical supervision of the investor.

Design and engineering office. We provide design and engineering activities, technical supervision of the builder, coordination of OSH, preparation of energy performance certificates and documents for the NEW GREEN SAVINGS program. We provide expert consultancy in the field of civil engineering.
