Our institute is primarily engaged in the education and training of stonemasons. We promote the stonemasonry trade by organizing stonemasonry courses, retraining and professional training. We also cooperate with other crafts, such as the chimney sweep craft, in the development of standards and professional documents.

We provide training and testing of welders according to Czech and European standards for steel, copper or plastics. We provide extended re-testing and refresher training.
