The sports complex and camp is located about 3 km from the Dolní Morava resort. The Morava River flows through the campsite. The campsite has two large trampolines, a tennis court, a football field, a children's playground and an adrenaline park. There are token showers, toilets and an equipped kitchen with a washing machine.

The cottage has a balcony, a bedroom, a living room and a well-equipped kitchenette. There is also a spacious terrace. Guests have unlimited use of the private spa, which consists of a sauna for two people and a barrel that can be used as a cooling pool or as a hot tub.

The apartment is located directly below Kozlovský hill, in close proximity to the Javorka park. It is a 4-minute walk from the town centre, 400m from the train station.
