We offer individual consultations and group courses focused on the mindfulness method, which promotes mental health and stress management. Our programs include weekend retreats and classes for adults and teens, where participants learn techniques to improve psycho-hygiene and mental balance.

Center of meditation and natural learning. We offer rental of rooms for residential courses (10-100 persons in villas, cottages, tents) with vegetarian meals. The area includes a pond, fireplace, meadows and forest. We organize our own program (yoga, cooking, natural learning), we run a stay in the dark and a natural spa.
