Our family-owned craft brewery specializes in producing unfiltered and unpasteurized beers, such as classic Czech lagers, top-fermented wheat beers, and various types of ales. All of our beers are characterized by a distinctive flavor and a more pronounced bitterness, guaranteeing a unique experience for every beer lover.

The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.

We cordially invite you to the Jelínkova vila microbrewery in the heart of the Highlands, where we brew genuine Czech beer with impressive character, delicate aroma, rich foaminess and fullness of flavour.
