The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Operation of the brewery. Kolčavka Brewery was established in 2014 and since then it has become an integral part of Prague Libeň. A big change occurred when the brewery moved to Lihovarská Street in 2021, where it operates together with the Beseder restaurant.
