We’ve been making authentic Italian gelato in Pravčice for 6 years now. Every day, we make it by hand using milk, cream, fruit, nuts, and chocolate—without any unnecessary chemicals. We alternate between classic and seasonal flavors, such as dandelion, spruce, or pumpkin in the fall.

One day we decided to bring you quality and honest ice cream and no excuses. And so we did, in 2017 we managed to open our ice cream window. Every year we strive to improve the quality of our service. Therefore, we have gradually added ball and scoop ice cream.

The French name means good milk. A gourmet mini-dairy run by a family of veterinarians from Moravia, raising French goats and sheep and producing premium quality: goat yogurt, sheep yogurt, fresh goat milk, goat cheese in brine and dried goat milk with colostrum.

Artisan ice cream, we make the ice cream ourselves in front of the customers. We serve the ice cream in a cone, cup or cooler for transport or storage at home. We are a modern fast food restaurant where we have managed to combine top products in 100% quality, excellent taste and at great prices.
