We are a club for the elderly with a social and activity centre. We offer health exercises for the elderly, fitness classes, English and French language classes, computer classes and country dancing. We allow seniors to sit and chat in cafes, give history lectures and memory training.

We sell compensatory and medical aids, operate a medical aid and bed rental service, provide service, expert advice, transport and demonstrate in your home. We offer electric reclining beds and cots, electric wheelchairs, anti-disability mattresses and other aids.
