We operate cottages in the recreational area of Svojanova. Six-bed cottages are equipped with kitchen, TV, fireplace, terrace... There are cycling trails, swimming and fishing.

Cosy chalet for 5 persons is located in the middle of the mountain village Kouty, under the forest, opposite the chairlift and off the main road. A swimming pool with whirlpool, a ski resort and a thermal water park are a short walk from the chalet. There is a separate fully equipped apartment with its own entrance and outdoor seating area.

The brothel for 2x11 persons with sauna and games room is located in the small mountain village of Kouty. There is also a pergola, a garden, an outdoor fireplace and a small swimming pool. The property is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet area and away from the main road. There are two equally equipped apartments with their own outside entrances.
