I help children, adolescents and adults manage anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties and other challenging life situations. I also support children and their families coping with long-term illnesses such as type 1 diabetes. I offer an individual approach aimed at building psychological resilience.

I work with clients in a holistic way, on both basic levels - with the mind and the body. My main approach is constellational, however, I also use other techniques (e.g. breathing, meditation, etc. ) in my individual work, which allows me to target your exact intention.
