I create construction budgets according to the project documentation, I price the statements of dimensions in KROS software. I prepare budgets for apartments, houses, condominiums, office buildings or renovations of these objects.

Preparation of construction budgets - lists of works, supplies and services. I ensure the preparation of control budgets, comparison and evaluation of tenders, checking of tax documents and inventories of works carried out, registration of changes, including the assessment of the prices of works in the change sheets.

I am engaged in preparing itemized budgets and statements of work for both new construction and renovations of any size.
