We offer a selection of unique wines from the production of the Žabčice Agricultural School and the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. You can taste and buy all the wines produced by MENDEL. This includes our special straw wines or wines in gift packs. We provide a pleasant indoor and outdoor seating.

We produce wine in small batches, which allows us to take the utmost care with each wine and get the best out of it. The wines are the result of a combination of traditional winemaking methods and an innovative approach.

Our wine shop offers indoor and outdoor seating, wine tasting. We offer wines from local winemakers, snacks from nearby farms, pizza or triangle. The wine shop includes a small wine museum, the main part of which is a wine press from 1860.
