Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Cellar 38 continues the tradition of wine cellars in South Moravia and brings a new space for wine experiences, tastings and meetings in a modern concept and standards. In Cellar 38 you will find a wine bar (seasonally open), a cellar and boutique accommodation for 10 people in 3 rooms. Come and see for yourself.

Historical wine cellar Pod Křížkem in Lednice. You can taste a wide range of wines from the Knoll winery and learn about the history of the winery and cellar during a guided tasting. We are a young winery that started in 2010. We farm in the village of Bavory near Mikulov, where we have 2ha of vineyards laid out in the vineyards Pod Pálavou, U rybníčka and Růžový vrch and Pavlova. We produce appellation wines and Moravian regional wines. Visit.
