A small winery where the tradition of wine production has been inherited since the 18th century. The wines are produced using the classic peasant method, thus achieving the characteristics characteristic of the variety and the Hustopeci area. We offer guided tastings, full evening sessions, wine sales.

We operate a tasting cellar. We are a winery with a history, solid values, a story, an unmistakable journey. We are Pálava and Dunajovice hills, we are Železná, Goldhamer, Ořechová hora or Purmice. We are the legacy of our ancestors and several generations of heartthrobs and successful Moravian winemakers.

We are a small family winery named Vinařství Tomáš Zach. We are located in the picturesque village of Křepice. We are proud of the fact that our wines are the result of traditional methods that have been handed down from generation to generation. We produce them with love and respect for nature, without the use of artificial yeasts and with a minimum of chemistry.

We operate a wine cellar with a capacity of up to 100 people. We offer guided tastings. When leaving the cellar, there is an outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the fabulous panorama of Mikulov, dominated by St. Kopeček, Mikulov Castle and the limestone peaks of Pálava.

In the cellars we conduct guided professional tastings directly from the owner and cellar master with wine tasting directly from the barrels as it used to be in Moravia some production of smaller batches is presented from bottles. We offer up to twenty samples of dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and those who love sweet wines.

In our wine shop you will find over 3,000 bottles of fine wine, a cross-section of the best that our native South Moravia has produced, from young wine to vintage vintages. Our aim is to satisfy a wide range of customers.
