Cellar 38 continues the tradition of wine cellars in South Moravia and brings a new space for wine experiences, tastings and meetings in a modern concept and standards. The Bistro in the Grass is located on the quiet outskirts of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We offer a selection of coffee, Pilsner on tap, Knoll wines and snacks made from local ingredients. The quiet sitting area in the countryside is ideal for cyclists, hikers and families with children, there is also a playground.

Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).
