Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

We won't let you go hungry - sausages, cheese, olives, bread with lard, crackling will satisfy a small hunger. Live music, barbecues several times a week.
