A modern winery built on the foundations of family and local tradition. The family has been involved in viticulture since the 1920s. The wines are produced using modern, gentle techniques that respect the traditional production methods of their ancestors. The winery produces full-bodied, barrel-aged wines as well as light, natural, and refreshing wines.

We produce delicacies and specialties. The cold kitchen offers sandwiches, mini sandwiches, single sandwiches, platters and plates, vegetable salads, buffet products. I make appetizers, canapés, harlequins, pear boats, eggs and caviar, rolls, cakes and more. I rent dessert plates and glasses.

The Bistro in the Grass is located on the quiet outskirts of Velké Pavlovice, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. We offer a selection of coffee, Pilsner on tap, Knoll wines and snacks made from local ingredients. The quiet sitting area in the countryside is ideal for cyclists, hikers and families with children, there is also a playground.

Cihelna Novosedly wine shop is a modern luxury showroom with the possibility of buying wine. The year-round shop with heating and air-conditioning offers a staff that will provide customers with expert advice on wine selection.

We are a small family run winery that specializes in producing bottled quality and specialty wines from 15 varieties (from dry to sweet). Thanks to stainless steel tanks and modern controlled fermentation technology, we can produce lighter and fresher white wines, while red wines are aged in acacia and barrique barrels.

We are engaged in the production of quality, attribute and non-alcoholic wines by the method of controlled fermentation. We grow Pinot Noir, Riesling, Franconia, Chardonnay, Palava, Sauvignon and others.
