The mission of the association is to develop and popularize the sport of fishing, to exercise fishing law, to provide for the breeding, protection and catching of fish and to protect the environment. We manage trout and non-trout fisheries in Olšava, Klanečnice, Nivnička and Březovský brook. We breed trout, grass carp and catfish.

Although the club is primarily designed to introduce the sport of fishing , we also learn about and do things that are directly or indirectly related to this sport and activity.

We exercise fishing law, provide fish breeding, protection and hunting, environmental protection, develop and popularize fishing sport. We are involved in after-school education of children and youth in the field of fishing and fishing sport. We organise cultural and sporting events or fishing competitions.
