We operate a restaurant in a cultural time. We offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and pizza.

Our vision is to offer you—and bring to your plate—everything that grazes, grows, or swims in the surrounding area, as well as what we catch ourselves or what local farmers grow. With a modern approach and respect for our ingredients, we strive to make the most of everything to minimize waste and maximize flavor.

We offer accommodation with meals in the Metaz Mountain Chalet for individuals and groups. We operate a refreshment window for the public and a restaurant.

We are a small family restaurant, cooking honestly from fresh, homemade and local ingredients. You can enjoy Czech classics, but also a few specialties from the Adriatic. The pleasant atmosphere, beautiful summer terrace and cosy interior will literally transport you to the Adriatic coast. We look forward to seeing you.

In the restaurant, which focuses on quality gastronomy - especially Czech and Italian cuisine, every guest will surely find their own. Meals are prepared from quality ingredients. The restaurant is non-smoking. The restaurant also has a large outdoor terrace with a children's corner.

In our hotel restaurant you can choose from a rich menu of regional, Czech and European cuisine, taste archive wines, or have a glass of Czech beer or take advantage of a wide range of soft drinks. We provide catering to the adjacent guesthouses.

In our restaurant we offer delicious dishes from Central European cuisine, focusing mainly on fish and game specialties. We serve fresh unpasteurized beer and offer quality wines from Moravia and abroad. Our guests can also enjoy excellent Italian coffee.
