We prepare many activities - educational and activation programs and courses, lectures, memory training, Nordic Walking, various types of exercises, community and social activities, trips. In the winter months we prepare activities in an online environment.

We operate a senior citizens club for the citizens of the city. Regular club events include social afternoons, Monday morning exercise classes, retreats, lectures, and discussions with city politicians and police. A massage chair, exercise bike and computer with internet access are available.
