I run a notary office. Incorporation and modification of business entities, real estate transactions, real estate transfers, purchase, gift, and exchange agreements, establishment of easements and registration of rights in the real estate cadastre, inheritance law, wills, deeds of disinheritance, and acting as a court commissioner in probate proceedings.
